How To create a torrent with Utorrent tutorial.

Ok this few step are very easy once youv`e done it a couple of time.



First you will need to download Utorrent located here: http://www.utorrent.com/


Ok now create a folder called (seed) this will be your folder,which you should only have your own torrent upload.
Put that seed folder in another partition aka not c:\


Now lets setup the folder download location.
I chose to setup my download folder elsewhere then in my c:\ here is a picture of my directories setting.
  



In my case i chose to separate the .torrent file from the downloaded file,which work better for me that way,as i don`t see the .torrent file every time i save some file i got from torrent.


Ok now we've done the folder setup,lets jump to the real thing.



How to create a torrent successfully,easy if you ask   ok all next step will be with image to make it easier.


How to make a torrent using Utorrent.


For this example we gonna work with (the decapitated midgets - gurgling olympics - (2009) which is the folder i wanna make a torrent with.

1 = i will put a copy of that (the decapitated midgets - gurgling olympics - (2009) in my seed folder.




2 = I will also put a copy in my c:\,so later when it time to post it here,i can work from the folder that is in c:\.
Cause as soon as the torrent will be created it become active,so any copy or file modification in the active folder will ruin the torrent.
So am working from the folder i put in c:\ ok now its time to create that damn torrent.


start Utorrent which will look like this,but empty in your case.
 



Ok step 1

Click this button




This will bring you the folder browsing box which look like this.

Very important make sure you have some tracker added in the tracker properties.
You can add all these tracker,the more you add better it is for availability.
In Utorrent you need a blank space between each tracker announcement url,so you can copy these tracker announcement as they are and paste them in the torrent properties field.

You will be prompted to browse your folder which is (the decapitated midgets - gurgling olympics - (2009) in this example.



Now i enter my seed folder and select the folder i want to make a torrent with.



Ounce your folder is selected click the select folder button at the bottom windows.



This will return you to the previous windows



Click create and save as button you will get this windows.


In my case its bring me to the  decapitated  midgets folder,now you just need to save it inside your seed folder and not inside the the  decapitated  midgets active folder,so next pix will show you where i save my torrent.



Click Save



Then hit close and your done




Now you will see your torrent in the utorrent programs.








I hope this is working for ya, i did it all,but am not fully awake yet so that`s how i can make it atm
