The retard next door. He always plays way too loud music during the weekends, on sundays its usually church services. Its so damn loud we can hear it on the other side of the house even with the TV playing. We cant even get him to answer the door now

We already live close to a group of retards who cause a shitload of trouble, but at least we can contact staff (or police) about them. This asshole is too dumb too live without help, and still lives on his own fucking up for others

I dont mind some hard music from time to time, but this is just too much. I will have to file some official complaints to the corporation we rent from.
