Ok many of you don`t really no what am gonna write in here but its the true & would like to slowy get back to are sources

Yup BDMC as first start as a torrent site, that was 2-1/2 ago, we did the alternative section then delete it, to re create it again.

Why we re create again, its mostly to encourage people to post and share their music,until they no how to use torrent, we in the pass didn`t make this to be 80% direct link & 20% torrent its should be the opposite 80% torrent and 20% direct link

Why am writing all that,simple i would like to see more people posting via torrent its not hard after you manage to no how it work.
Mostly all staff here will be happy to help you with your first torrent so don`t be shy and please try to help us growing that section.

As you might notice beside the staff there is not many people that post regularly in that section so give us a hand please

We use to have one & no one was using it so forget that

but yeah you bring up a good point

People with low speed make it harder to share via torrent but i no there is many members that post,that as good speed.
Anyway like i said ,i just try to help that section,as once you post 1 torrent its there for ever after,visit a link its not there for ever.

Ok a torrent can be dead quickly but it can be on and seeding as quick

I'm not torrenting this much. I tried to seed some stuff, but in my opinion it takes too long to upload something.
And I can't have my torrentprogramm on all day. I turn off my PC when I'm not at home and I surf a lot in the Internet and play online games. So my torrenttime is rather short. Lately I don't use torrent at all $:-\$

I understand what you mean, and have been noticing the same about the site here. Im not a big fan of Rapidshare and the likes cause theres no seeding going on. And that part made me get into this scene.

too stop yapping, Im on a shared connection and I ahve to UL some stuff to ML aswell, and not alot of that is the brutal stuff like here

Im moving to a new place in August and hopefully will be getting a faster connection, thus there will be alot more Uploads from me. Torrents ftw

P.S. Keep up the great work staff, Im think its a fucking great place here and you do a great job eeping this place fun and brutal at the same time without compromising.

Things went from bad to worse with my torrent situation, I couldnt get my port forwarded. And now I have to wait for another two weeks before I get my new connection. I had to make another folder for the bookmarks I made for torrents :lol: Cant wait to get back.

I up mine thru mega upload and places like that..
I would up them as torrents here sometimes, but the thing with me is, I do NOT do NFO files.. And it was my understanding that is the rule here... I don't like doing the NFO..

No, the rules say that you should put a lot of info into your posts but a nfo isn't required! So the same style you did your great first (?) music post here in the alt section is fine too.

But on the other hand doing a nfo with nfo-builder isn't taking much time & dispalys some facts like bitrate or if the files are tagged & you could add some myspace or band site url's as well or put a short review with your own thoughts in it! Give it a try blondie!

i got to admit im more of a direct friend than torrent because i can easily put em in my jloader and in addition theyre always up and shared to everyone.

Ehehehhehe why should we hate you,you have your own taste and that is alright and respected from me anyway.

My self i prefer torrent by far for anything that is sharable,but since my connection is limited to 130 Gb month,i don`t have choice to upload link from time to time.
Had say after the 10 of each month i have to do link to make sure my bandwidth is fine

Beside that torrent will always kick ass for me,and its mostly for 1 reason that onekillwonder is there is no sharing back with link ,you grab and its over.
Torrent you grab then you need to do your effort by seeding back this is what i like

1. I think that it is great that you can pick the files that you want to download (I hate d/l a rar just for the covers).
2. I also get the shits with waiting to upload to a hoster - I know it is only once, but I have had things fail too many times
3. And I hate corrupted rar / zip files after you download... never fail with torrents

1. Some negative about torrents - you have to rely on everybody to contribute to the seed
2. It can be slower than direct link (but people who download should seed back and then it would be a lot quicker!!!)
3. I hate having to re-seed things many times when there are at least 5 downloads to my posts (It really shits me - however I refrain from giving -rep even though I should)

One more great thing is the ability for other to re seed for your torrent,i forget which one but i recently reseed 1 of your torrent by putting back file to the right place.

So this is great if someone did a post back then and 2 or 3 have it so they can reseed like i did,i say the only advantage for me its to learn torrent at first.

The share thing is the most attractive for me,giving back to what i take is just the perfect way to do ahahahahah

I will be actively posting and seeding torrents once I got my backup machine on 24/7.
I prefer torrents over hosters like megaupload. I really can't stand the download limit they put on there.
