I liked it! It's the type of film that isn't meant to be taken seriously, and I think that's why some critics didn't like it.

Pure tribute to the 80's. Great fun!

If ye like "tribute" movies you should try Black Dynamite. Not only is it a damn good blaxploitation movie and tribute to the blaxploitation movies around the 70's, but it one of the best ones as well. Cheesy as fuck!

The Ref

Shaun of the Dead

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0365748/

Jacob's Ladder

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099871/

Hadn't seen these in a few years. The Ref & Shaun of the Dead are hilarious; and Jacob's Ladder is a great psychological mindfuck! ^-(

Drive - This movie feels like a throwback to the 80's mixed with the twisted shit from American Psycho. Weird contrasts within the movie, dark and happy at the same time. Overall fucking rad movie! Check it out.

Love that movie! I own the DVD.
I was surprised by the American remake Let Me In. I thought it would suck but it was very well done. They kept to the spirit of the original film and didn't stray from the storyline. I still prefer the original film of course, but the remake is actually good.

Yeah that really caught me by surprise when the remake turned out to be good.

Diego Capusotto is one of our best humorists, he do parodies and sketches about rock n roll stars, music & religion and stuff like that, insane but good.

Children of the Corn. Hadn't seen this one in a while, saw it was on my Netflix instant watch so thought why not. Decent 80's horror movie. Not great, but enjoyable.

Man, I hated this one! I watched "In Time" last night, very cool concept but the script was like "run, run, boom, boom, run some more, boom, crash, kiss, the end..."!!!!!! Fucking childish...I can't even understand why the compare it to "Gattaca" or "5th element"...
